I recently rescued some of my old articles from bit rot, and in so doing, I found some photos of ancient robots. I didnt find any write ups though, so this is all there is.

In order of appearance...

A bubble bot with dual servos modified for continuous rotation. The processor is a DS2250T 8051 with integrated RAM etc on a SIMM. Dual photocells, an I/R receiver, I/R transmitter, a red LED, and a Dinsmoore digital compass.

The same processor setup on a different dual servo chassis made of legos. That chassis was later used for the Stella robot. (I am still searching for the article about Stella...)

A couple of group photos of various robots.

And a small dual pager motor robot with dual photocells. That was another AVR project I believe.
